How this website handles your data.

Who we are

This website is run by Promintal Consulting Limited. We are the controller of the data described here. Contact us at info@promintal.co.uk.

What we collect

We count visits so we can see which pages are useful and how many people download Gnosis. For each visit we record:

• which page was opened, and the website you came from, if any;
• your country and city, worked out from your connection by our host, and whether you use a desktop, tablet or phone;
• a random visitor ID stored in your browser, so we can tell returning visitors from new ones;
• whether you clicked a download button, used the example chat on the Product page, or sent a demo request or contact message.

We do not store your IP address, your name or your email address in our visit records. We do not store anything you type into the example chat. There are no advertising cookies and no third-party trackers.

If you send us a demo request or message

What you type into the demo and contact forms (your name, email address and message) is sent to us by email so we can reply. It is delivered through Resend, our email provider, and kept in our email inbox, not in the visit records. We use it only to respond to you and keep it only as long as needed for that. If the form cannot send, it gives you a draft to send from your own email app instead.

Your choice

If your browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control, we do not record your visit at all. You can also clear your browser data at any time, which removes the visitor ID.

Why we use it

To understand and improve the website and Gnosis. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in running and improving our service.

Who processes it

The website and its database are hosted by Cloudflare, Inc., which processes the data on our behalf. We do not sell it or share it with anyone else.

How long we keep it

Visit records are deleted automatically after about 13 months.

Gnosis the app

The Gnosis app itself does not send usage data to us. It runs on your computer and keeps your memory there.

Your rights

You can ask to see or delete data about you, or object to how we use it, by emailing info@promintal.co.uk. Because we do not store names or emails, we may need your visitor ID to find your records. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
